This Privacy Policy describes how LastObject ApS ("LastObject", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from lastobject.com (the "Site").

Device & browsing information: When you visit the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about which pages you view, referring websites, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as "Device Information".

We collect Device Information using: cookies (data files placed on your device), log files (IP address, browser type, ISP, entry/exit pages, timestamps), and web beacons/pixels (electronic files that record how you browse).

Order information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number ("Order Information").

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Order Information to: fulfil orders, process payments, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and invoices, communicate with you about your order, and screen for fraud.

We use Device Information to: improve the Site, generate analytics, assess marketing performance, and screen for fraud.

We share your Personal Information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Klaviyo — email marketing platform, only if you have opted in to marketing communications
• Google Analytics — website analytics (anonymised)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Behavioural Advertising

We may use your information to deliver targeted advertising. You can opt out of targeted advertising at: Facebook, Google. You can also opt out via the Digital Advertising Alliance.

We retain Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (typically 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law). You may request deletion of marketing-related data at any time.

8. Do Not Track
